He took over the generational change in the position of Managing Director at Finamis s.r.o. in April 2024.
Martin Furdík is a graduate of the Master's program in Management Mathematics at Comenius University in Bratislava (2000). His former work experience includes Trema Czech, Accenture Technology Solutions - Slovakia, Select Partner and Ebitech. After joining Finamis in 2005, he moved through the positions of Key account manager, Senior business consultant, Project Manager and Partner.
The change was systematic and prepared over a long period of time. On March 31, 2024, the General Meeting appointed Martin Furdik as Managing Director, succeeding Vladimír Karásek, the founder and figure who shaped the company's focus, its team and working climate.

Jiří Žůrek graduated from the University of Economics in Prague. He worked at IPB and Expandia, where he was responsible for investment projects. He has been CFO at ARBES Technologies since 1998. In 2018, he was appointed Managing Partner at FINAMIS s.r.o.
