In the middle of September 2015, Raiffeisenbank, Czech Republic concluded a contract based on which it took the segment of retail clients from the Czech branch of the Citibank Europe plc.
In connection with the migration of investment portfolios of Citibank´s clients to a new IT environment, new requirements for modification of software systems rose on the side of Raiffeisenbank. In the segment of investment banking, taking the clients means natural increase of number of processed data and implementation of financial products which bank has not had in its offer so far.
Within the scope of migration project, Finamis provided for Raiffeisenbank required modifications in the software system of investment portfolios – Asset Management Suite. Moreover, for the end-clients will be tools in web application RBroker in order to provide simpler investment to investment funds. We have also implemented the support of premium foreign currency product which is popular among the clients of Citibank.
Modifications were delivered by Finamis in accordance with the schedule in the half of December 2015. The bank plans to launch the software after internal tests in February 2016. With an early supply of software, Finamis has made possible to fulfil the project plan of the client and therefore contribute to the development of successful business of this important bank in the Czech market.
