FINAMIS has expanded its portfolio of clients. FINAMIS has signed an agreement with brokerage firm SLÁVIA CAPITAL, a.s., obchodník s cennými papiermi for the supply of a financial IT system.
After years of using a bespoke software, SLÁVIA CAPITAL, a.s., obchodník s cennými papiermi decided to deploy the Asset Management Suite (AMS) system which will cover all needs of the securities dealer in terms of statutory requirements, such as client classification and reporting in accordance with the MiFID II directive, compliance with the anti-money laundering directive and compliance with the US anti-tax evasion act known as FATCA. AMS will also cover processes related to reporting, centralized document management, services of the member of Central Securities Depository of the Slovak Republic and primary note of securities to its parental investment group. SLÁVIA CAPITAL, a.s., obchodník s cennými papiermi has been a securities dealer since 1995, which makes it an established and renowned provider of financial services in Slovakia.
