Cooperation with Raiffeisenbank, which uses a system support from the FINAMIS company in service processes for Citibank‘s clients with investment products is ongoing.
Even though the acquisition of the Czech Citibank‘s retail banking section has been formally completed by March 2016, the transfer of all client products in Raiffeisenbank is planned for the next few months. Modifications to the system software AMS and RBroker (a modified version of AMS-WEB) for servicing migrated clients with investment products were delivered by FINAMIS to the bank for testing at the end of 2015.
The test version of the software went into production environment in the second half of February 2016. Stabilization of the new AMS and RBroker version during the transition to production was smooth as expected. Many clients, who trade using the financial product Structured term deposit, are already actively using the web application RBroker for online entry of their commands.
Jan Pudil, Board Member responsible for Treasury and Investment Banking in Raiffeisenbank, has regarding the project works and consequent support stated the following: "Modifications to the system for support of investment banking provided by the FINAMIS company, our long-term strategic IT partner for investment banking, treasury and asset management, were supplied on time and in the necessary quality. Thus, it was possible to launch the full product support of investment products for migrated Citibank‘s clients in the Raiffeisenbank environment."
